Faenza's design won the gold medal in Italy in 1971 at the Faenza Ceramic Biennale. Faenza has four variations in decoration; brown or blue printed flowers or stripes either in yellow and black or in black alone or platinum. A plate for a main course, often used as a dinner plate. This is usually a flat plate type. These elegant plates have some small scratches especially on the platinum stripes. There might be some unevenness, a singular lump or tiny dark spots in the glazing.
