Faenza's design won the gold medal in Italy in 1971 at the Faenza Ceramic Biennale. Faenza has four variations in decoration; brown or blue printed flowers or stripes either in yellow and black or in black alone or platinum. A side plate, dessert plate, bread plate or a plate for cake or sweet buns. This plate forms a set with a coffee cup. These elegant plates have some small scratches especially on the platinum stripes. There are some tiny dark dots in the glazing.
