Kilta (a guild) series by Kaj Franck had it’s designing started in 1946. It was designed to be multifunctional and could be stacked to fit in small city kitchens. It uses basic forms and is decorated with only a coloured glazing. A big plate or a platter for serving for example meat or fish. Guests can distribute the food from the dish and share. An oval shape is common, but there are also round-shaped serving dishes. The factory stamp has worn out from these platters.
