Amoroso ( a musical term, in loving and tender manner) is an art deco style ornament with stylish flowers in pink and light blue finished with gold. The beautifully delicate flower decoration is combined with a functional form and high quality feldspar porcelain. These Nordic vintage plates were produced in co-operation between the Finnish Arabia and the Swedish Rörstrand. A plate mainly for soup, that can also be used as a bowl for breakfast, pasta, rice or side dishes. These multi-purpose traditional deep plates have a decorative edge that beautifully frames the food. The wide edge makes it easy to pass around the dishes and supports cutlery. For this reason, the deep plate also serves as a beautiful serving dish, for example salads. Thanks to the edge the plate is firmly seated on drying racks.
