Faenza's design won the gold medal in Italy in 1971 at the Faenza Ceramic Biennale. Faenza has four variations in decoration; brown or blue printed flowers or stripes either in yellow and black or in black alone. A set of a cup and a saucer for hot drinks. Usually used for serving coffee- or espresso-based drinks but also hot chocolate or tea. These cute cups have some small imperfections on the pattern, splash of blue paint, and some unevenness on the glazing like tiny lumps or bubbles.
