Description A lightweight and packable windproof jacket for running, cycling, mountain biking and hill walking in cold or changeable weather conditions. It is designed to be worn as a top layer over the Velez Grid baselayer/midlayer to form the Velez System. The Velez Windproof uses recycled Nikwax Windproof Light fabric, which cuts wind chill and deflects rain for good weather protection. It has a high fitting collar for reduced rain ingress and two large pockets with a mesh interior for ample storage and temperature control. Nikwax® Duology Windproof cuts windchill and protects your insulation but still provides excellent moisture vapour transfer Nikwax Duology Windproof uses a closely woven microfibre fabric that cuts windchill and protects your insulation whilst providing excellent moisture vapour transfer. A Nikwax PFC-free durable water repellent treatment deflects the rain. Worn in combination with one of our Duology fleeces it traps still air in the fleece fibres to provide varying levels of insulation and waterproof protection depending on the weather conditions and activity.
