Had a boot-fitting for a pair of Altberg Tethera’s a few years ago. Unfortunately Altberg had a production issue at the time & I ended up buying the boots elsewhere, however the WWD service was impeccable. I’m off to Provence in late July & need a pair of hiking shoes. Ordered another pair of Meindl’s but too narrow for me. WWD sorted an exchange for the Activo’s efficiently & fuss-free. They also did me a massive favour. I found the shoes £30 cheaper elsewhere but bought from WWD as they understand customer service. I’d also add that the navigation options on their website to get from the home page to what you are looking for is intuitive & direct. So many other retailers over-complicate this simple step.
